It's coming back. For one weekend only, the chef at Cafe Centraal will be preparing their signature Steak and Eggs Benedict as the brunch special for the weekend of July 9 and 10.

For those that don't know, Cafe Centraal was the first restaurant in Milwaukee that I gave a 5-star review. The entree I had that day simply put everything a great brunch entree should be onto one plate—The Steak and Eggs Benedict. Since then, I have adopted the photo I took as the main profile photo for this blog.

I was sad to hear that this benedict was taken off their brunch menu, and so, through some conversations, Cafe Centraal has agreed to bring back this benedict on July 9 and 10!

If you want to taste my favorite brunch entree in Milwaukee, make plans to visit Cafe Centraal for brunch this upcoming weekend! I know I will be there on Saturday morning!
